Overview
The course introduces how modern AI and Generative AI tools work, how to use them effectively and responsibly, and how AI is transforming workplaces, education and everyday tasks. Learners will gain hands-on experience using AI tools for communication, research, analysis, content creation and productivity while exploring important topics such as ethics, bias, privacy, misinformation and responsible AI use. By the end of the course, learners will be able to confidently use AI technologies, evaluate AI-generated content and apply AI tools to practical workplace and learning scenarios.
